Furniture hidden in a book! - Yanko Design
When I say "Article of furniture in a book", your mind would probably remember that the volume in question was about furniture. However, Bookniture is fashion more literal than that! It literally is a book that opens upward to become furniture!
Relying on folded paper's ability to withstand large amounts of compressive stress against its thickness, the Bookniture literally comes equally thick as a coffee-table book and as calorie-free as ane too. Information technology contains paper pages on the inside that are honeycombed together, and opens up like a regular book would. After opening the volume up, simply lock the covers to each other and place a circular mat on pinnacle and you have yourself an Ottoman Stool, or even a rather nifty side-table that can take upward to 1100 kgs (2400 pounds) of load without breaking a sweat!
Simply the most amazing production for picnics (forget those picnic mats!), or travel, or even in the most minimal-loving home/office, the Bookniture is undeniably stylish (information technology has a place in the Museum of Mod Art, btw!), supremely functional, and fits like a charm in whatever bookshelf! You could literally fill your bookshelf with these! Would that count every bit furniture-ception though?
